Each week you will get six brand new workouts designed to be flexible with your fitness level and equipment availability. We offer beginner, intermediate and advanced versions of each workout! So no matter if you are just starting out or if you are a seasoned exerciser looking for some quick, no fuss workouts, we’ve got you covered. All you need is a set of dumbbells to start, but you can also level up any of these workouts if you have access to the equipment. Check out some samples below and try them out for yourself!
Upper & lower body strength
Each Sunday members get two strength workouts they can fit in at anytime during the week—one upper body focus and one lower body focus. You can choose to do these separately or paired with one of your HIIT workouts of the week.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday members receive a high intensity interval training workout, ranging from 10 – 20 minutes long. Each workout is programmed with an Endurance workout, plus a full demo video of each HIIT workout, with a workout description, notes and coaching cues on proper form of the entire workout. Each workout is demonstrated in a Beginner version, Intermediate and Advanced Version.
Each week members get a new mobility workout to help heal and recover their body. We encourage you to use this workout through out the next week as many times as you want!
