To calculate your running pace for the VOLT Endurance workouts you will need to input your most recent 1 mile/1600m time trial —your fastest RECENT 1 mile run time. Not the fastest mile you ran 2 years ago. Go find a track, or set distance in your neighborhood and get after it! Then come back here with your 1 mile time to get all your pace times for specified VOLT Endurance workouts.
Within each workout we will specify if the workout calls for one of the following paces:
- Easy Run
- Tempo Run
- VO2 Max Run
- Speed Run
- Long Run
